Nationally, HJB Provincial Personnel is the specialist Hospitality Recruitment operation for the Hamilton James & Bruce Group, with clients in the four and five star and boutique sectors that are located throughout Australia (all states, all destinations), as well as in the Asia Pacific region and the Middle East. We recruit permanent and contract staff at all levels of management including General Manager, AGM, RDM, Sales/Marketing Director and Executive Chef as well as qualified chefs, line and operational staff.
